This tutorial will show you how to make your very own customized temporary tattoos at home! Although nearly all the images I chose to make into temporary tattoos in this video are Harry Potter themed, you can choose any design you like. All you will need is a computer, printable tattoo paper, a printer, a moistened sponge or paper towel, and some scissors!
